went for a run jog with b last night.
its been like 4 years since my last run la.
not really running for me since you dont run one lap
and start walking for half a lap
and continue running one last lap haha.
but it was good, working those muscles after sucha long time.
&it was our first time running/jogging together!
dinner after was great as well :)
havent been feeling too well since few days ago,
i guess mainly due to the lack of sleep zzz.
yeah i know, how can i not get enough sleep when its the hols?
i blame it all on the new korean drama that i've been watching till 4am everynight.
imagine sleeping at 4am and waking up at 11 am each day.
add heaty, spicy food + junk food and you get one cranky, tired person.
so i say, friday's run was the most constructive thing i've done for the past week.
& i hope it will become a weekly event from now on with b :))
chalet's next tues & im kinda excited.
put in quite abit of effort into this thing & i hope it will turn out to be funnn. *crosses fingers
